Naturally, diets are very tempting;
it’s tempting to stick with the ‘tried-and-true’, even if you never get the results you want.

There are, after all, so many ‘experts’ who will tell you how well diets work (since you’ve got to lose weight)!

And there are pills, or even surgical intervention, and they all have their advocates.
